Tôei All Star Eiga: Mito Kômon (1960)

In 1691 there are a series of fires in several towns across Japan. When there's also a fire in Kyoto, the Shogun's uncle - the Elder Lord of Mito - sets out to discover who's behind the arson, and stopping them.
