Can I cancel a monthly membership mid-year?+
Yes — any monthly plan (Lover, Friend, Freak, Addict) is cancellable any time. On an annual plan we refund unused months pro-rata, minus the 10 % annual discount.
Why is Poster Saver annual-only?+
It’s our lowest price by a long shot. Annual billing keeps payment processing fees from eating the entire margin.
What happens to leftover bandwidth?+
It resets at the end of each billing period. Pick a tier that matches your average — you can slide it up or down on renewal.
Can I change my bandwidth tier later?+
Yes — on any monthly plan, slide it up or down on the 1st of any month. Saver locks for the year.
Do you sell my data?+
No. Free browsing is ad-supported, and any membership removes the ads entirely. The whole reason this exists is to fund hosting + moderation — not to trade your data.
Is this a donation or a service?+
Service. You’re paying for a feature (downloads). Tax-receipts available on request.
Switching from a one-time donation? Your existing donation credits remain valid until their original expiry date. New downloads count against your subscription bandwidth first.
