Seiken densetsu 2 (1993)

The story of a boy who pulls out a rusty sword and is banished from Potos. He meets a girl and a Sprite. Together, they journey to gather 8 Mana seeds to save the Mana tree and stop Thanatos and his empire from taking over the world.
