Wintley Phipps

Wintley Phipps. Music Department: Master of Dreams. Grammy-nominated Wintley Phipps, was born in Trinidad and Tobago. At an early age, his family moved to Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He attended Kingsway College Academy in Oshawa, Ontario.
