Takis Triggelis

Born in 1964, in Athens, Takis grew up in Munich. At a young age he already knew that martial arts were his passion. He trained in Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Thai Boxing.When he was 28, he traveled to Los Angeles to work as a personal trainers. He worked with many celebrities, including martial artist actor Michael Jai White.Soon landing in the film-business he fought with and against the likes of Olivier Gruner, J.C. van Damme, and Steven Seagal.In America he developed a training system; Q-Power. But after 10 busy years Takis traveled back to Munich. There he fulfilled his dream. To pass on his skills and knowledge at the Munich Gym.
