Simon Harling

Simon Harling. Director: Ocean Boulevard. Simon was born in Colchester, England and educated at the London College of Printing. An accomplished painter, he now adapts his eye for noir and tongue-in-cheek sensibilities onto the screen with Kozmic Gas Productions. He is married to the artist Katherine Doyle. They have lived in New Castle, New Hampshire since 1990.
