Robert Keeley. Self: The Pedal Movie. Born in Illinois, he is an electrical engineer living in Oklahoma. He started a manufacturing company in 2001, Keeley Electronics, which builds guitar effects pedals. He starting by offering modifications or mods to existing guitar pedals and now has over 100 designs. Employees of Keeley have gone on to start other successful guitar effect companies.
