Rigel Blatt. Actor: Desolate. Rigel Blatt is a Thai-American, male actor. Blatt was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on November 6th, 1997. Raised in an international community, he attended International School Bangkok for 13 years of his primary and secondary education and participated in the rigorous IB Theatre curriculum before attending Loyola Marymount University's Theatre Arts program.
