Monti Carlo

Monti Carlo is a Puerto Rican Chef, Food TV Host, and Food Writer. Monti hosts Food Network's Help My Yelp contributes to The Cooking Channel's Best Thing I Ever Ate, hosts Gordon Ramsay's digital series Ramsay Redemption, and is a featured host on Tastemade's Make This Tonight. She has also been a Guest Host for KitchenAid on HSN.Monti began her career as a stand-up comic and as the host of award-winning morning radio shows in Atlanta, Phoenix, and Seattle. In 2012, she was a Top 5 finalist on Gordon Ramsay's reality-TV cooking show, MasterChef: USA (2010) season 3, which launched her career as a food personality. She hosted the FYI special, "Make My Food Famous", and has appeared on numerous Food Network programs, including Chopped Junior (2015), Cutthroat Kitchen (2013) and The Kitchen (2014).
