Matt Chapman. Writer: Strongbad_email.exe. Matt Chapman is an American animator, writer, actor and director known for co-creating Homestar Runner alongside his brother Mike and Craig Zobel. He voiced nearly every character from Homestar Runner including Strong Bad. He also wrote episodes for animated Disney cartoons such as Wander over Yonder, Gravity Falls and Two More Eggs.
