Marcilio Browne

Marcilio Browne. Actor: Four Dimensions. Marcilio is a Brazilian windsurfer. In 2007 he became Freestyle PWA (Professional Windsurfers Association) World Champion and the 2013 PWA Wave World Champion. In 2008. He was ranked 2nd overall PWA Freestyler. While originally from Brazil he has made the Hawaiian island of Maui his permanent home to better his training.
