Francesca Anderson. Francesca Anderson is a British actress best known for her roles in 'The Lossen' Moonwatcher Films and as Mrs Cratchit in the TV Movie 'A Christmas Carol' for Runestone Pictures. She was also one of the Children's TV favourites 'Fizz' in The Tweenies for the BBC. She is represented by Linda Downes at The Stopford Agency.
