Dailis Rozlapa. Production Designer: Melna veza spiles. Dailis Rozlapa was born on 10 November 1932. He was a production designer and art director, known for Melna veza spiles (1976), The Arrows of Robin Hood (1975) and Rallijs (1978). He died on 27 August 2014.
