B.V. Radha. Actress: Partha. B.V. Radha was born on 15 August 1948 in Bangalore, Mysore State, India. She was an actress and producer, known for Partha (2003), Mithileya Seetheyaru (1988) and Bangalore Mail (1968). She was previously married to K.S.L. Swamy. She died on 10 September 2017 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
