Anthony Macchio. Production Designer: Moon Lake Casino. Anthony Macchio has decades of experience in production design. Working with every major studio, he has designed and innovated marketing experiences including press junkets, press conferences, red carpet, and premieres. He is widely credited for having developed the press junket aesthetic. In his foray into independent film making, he produced his own short film, Moonlake Casino.
