Amanda Ashy

Amanda worked in television in the US and the UK from 2000 - 2011 when she decided to do a career change and train to be a holistic nutritionist, mindfulness teacher and yoga teacher for children. She has worked with thousands of children across the globe, teaching them how to understand their big emotions, grow confidence and resilience.
