Watabe and Nokishita are ordinary elementary school students who live in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, around 1990. This work is a comedy animation that introduces Japan's Heisei era child culture with fiction. Nostalgic boy culture around 1990, such as video games and sweets with extra stickers, which became very popular in Japan.
