In My Daughter's Name (1992)

Laura Elias' daughter is raped and murdered by Peter Lipton, who pleads "guilty due to insanity" with his affluential parents' support, and the jury acquits him. Unable to bear the injustice done to her daughter, Laura tries every possible option to obtain justice, but is unsuccessful every time, so she finally decides to take things into her own hands.
