Tricia Horn. Additional Crew: The Break-Up. Tricia Horn was born in South Korea. Tricia was adopted when she was 7 year old to an American couple. Her adopted parents names are Mary and Fred Horn, with two older brothers; Chris and Mike. Tricia graduated from Kennedy High School in 2003 and also graduated from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois, degree in TV/Film Directing Production.
