Steven Penn. Actor: My Fair Lidy. Steve Penn was born in Wichita Falls and lived in Olney, Texas from 1987 to 2006. In 2006 he moved to Orlando, Florida, and started performing under the name Mercedes Devereaux in various night clubs. He performs in Leigh Shannon's Cabaret and Leigh Shannon's Illusions in Revue. He now lives in Tampa, Florida.
