René Cardona was born on 8 October 1906 in Havana, Cuba. He was an actor and director, known for Santa Claus (1959), Night of the Bloody Apes (1969) and Don Juan Tenorio (1937). He was married to Julieta Zacarías. He died on 25 April 1988 in Mexico City, Mexico.
