Rebeca Diniz(I)

Director from Pernambuco, Rebeca Diniz has been working on cinema and TV productions for over 20 years. She started her career as assistant director in national and international advertising films with filmmakers like Spike Lee, Ellen Kuras, Michael Gracey, Dante Ariola, and Peter Thwaites. After a few years, she joined the direction team of the hit TV series "Under Pressure", a critical and ratings success that won the APCA award for Best Director in 2018. She is (2025) filming the new medical series for Globoplay, "Emergência 53", completing post-production on the series "Juntas & Separadas", also for Globoplay, and launching the feature film "Fuse", which was screened at the Rio de Janeiro Int'l Film Festival, São Paulo International Film Festival and and selected for the Biarritz Film Festival 2025.
