Raul Ramirez III. Actor: Street. Raul Ramirez is an American Actor who was born in El Paso, Texas. Growing up he has lived all over the country and settled in Mesa, Arizona. Out of High School Raul attended College and soon after in 2006 Enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After his service of eight years Raul found himself in Hollywood where he started his acting career.
