Philippe Tullio. Director: Jaya. Philippe Tullio (aka Philip Tullio) was born in Paris, France and lives in Paris. After his graduation from London Film Academy he produced and directed K-Citizen. He kept going exploring his talent through other different project like "Jaya"; an ambitious way to do his first feature film. He's now working on many other things.
