
Nikos Tsachiridis(1933-2015)
Nikos Tsachiridis was a Greek actor known for his commanding presence and roles as the archetypal "tough guy" in Greek cinema. He began his film career with a small part in Nikos Koundouros's The Magic City (1954) and went on to appear in numerous black-and-white and color films, consistently portraying strong, gritty characters with authenticity. Beyond acting, Tsachiridis was a skilled stunt performer and had a background in football as a member of the Panhellenic Association of Paid Footballers. His career left a lasting mark on Greek film, establishing him as one of the most memorable "hard men" of his era.
