Merrick McCool. Director: Belief: The Season - Ole Miss Baseball. Merrick McCool is a cinematographer from Oxford, Mississippi. Merrick got his start through shooting sports, from high school through his college career at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and eventually for NFL Films. In 2022, Merrick shot and co-directed the ESPNU Documentary "Belief," following the national champion Ole Miss baseball team.
