Ma Dong-seok

Ma Dong-Seok (aka Don Lee) is a leading Korean-American actor and producer based in Seoul, South Korea. He became a marquee action star in Asia through the global success of Train to Busan (2016), The Outlaws (2017), and Champion (2018), which he also produced alongside WB Korea. His film The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil (2019) screened at Cannes and remains one of his most acclaimed roles. Don went on to produce and star in The Roundup, the sequel franchise to The Outlaws, which has become one of Korea's most successful action franchises.Before acting, Don spent many years in the U.S. as a boxer and personal trainer, notably training UFC heavyweight champions Mark Coleman and Kevin Randleman, and remains deeply active in boxing today. He holds certifications as a USA Boxing Certified Coach and USA Boxing Strength & Conditioning Certified Coach, is a Certified Coach with the Korea Boxing Federation, and serves as a certified referee/judge and 7th Dan with the Korea Boxing Association, where he is also Vice President. He owns and runs Big Punch Boxing Club as Head Coach, and in 2026 received a Special Commendation Award for Boxing from the Korea Sports Council (KSOC).Don produces film and television through his companies Big Punch Pictures and Big Punch Global in the U.S., along with unscripted content under his sports banner, Big Punch Sports.
