London Elektricity. Actor: Forza Horizon 3. Tony Colman is a British electronic musician known by the stage name London Elektricity. He is the chief executive officer and, alongside Chris Goss, co-founder of the drum and bass-focused music label, Hospital Records. Both Colman and Goss are also known for hosting the Hospital Records in-game radio station in the Forza Horizon video game series.
