Liza J. Bennett

Liza J. Bennett is a graduate of The Juilliard School, after which she stepped directly onto Broadway in The Merchant of Venice starring Al Pacino. She made her feature film debut in Steve McQueen's 12 Years a Slave (2013), winner of the Academy Award for Best Picture. She has built a career across stage, film, and television. Some notable appearances include The Leftovers (HBO), Chicago Fire (NBC), Elementary (CBS), and Five Flights up starring Diane Keaton and Morgan Freeman.Liza grew up in Charleston, SC and is a proud graduate of the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities.
