JZ Murdock. Producer: Pvt. Ravel's Bolero. JZ Murdock was born on August 30, 1955 in Tacoma, WA. After a brief residence in Roda, Spain in 1958 his family moved to Philadelphia, PA. Then back to Tacoma in 1960. After serving in the USAF he graduated with a degree in psychology from Western Washington University in 1984.
