Julie Garcia-Briceno
Julie Garcia Briceno is a Cleveland, Ohio native who studied Broadcast Communications before beginning her career as a commercial flight attendant in 1991. She later worked as an executive flight attendant serving Hollywood A-list celebrities and high-profile clients, a career that brought her to Las Vegas and inspired her pursuit of acting and filmmaking. In 2020, Julie won Best Woman Filmmaker at the Vegas Film Awards for her debut short film 8 Days of Lights: A Christmasukkah Story, which she wrote, directed, and starred in. Semi-retired from aviation, she continues to pursue her creative passions and often refers to herself as the Latina Betty White, inspired by White’s optimism and remarkable career longevity.
