Jesse Leigh. Actor: Rutherford Falls. Jesse Leigh is a Chinese and American non-binary actor who was born in Woodland Hills, California. They grew up in Manhattan Beach while attending Orange County School of the Arts for musical theatre. Jesse has been acting since they was very young in plays, musicals and commercials.
