Jeff Herbener. Self: The Bigger Bubble. Jeff Herbener chairs the economics department at Grove City College. Herbener is a widely respected Austrian school economist. He is a Senior Fellow at the Ludwig Von Mises Institute and a fellow for economic theory and policy with The Center for Vision and Values. Herbener also teaches economics through Tom Woods' Liberty Classroom.
