Heather E. Hutsell. Actress: Church Secrets and Legends. Heather E. Hutsell (1973-) was born in Fort Worth, TX, and spent her earliest years on Bainbridge Island, WA, before setting out to see the world at age 17. In addition to occasional acting, she is a published author of fiction/fantasy novels, including the steampunk mystery series: The Case Files, and has written episodes for "Emancipation Road" (Credited as Heather Bischoff).
