Frankie Blair

Frankie Blair. Actress: Velvet Jesus. Frankie Blair is an American Actress born and raised in Texas, where she trained at KD College Actor's Conservatory. She is best known for her starring role as Candy Boudreaux in the independent feature film's theatrical release, Sideline Confessions (2013). Recently, she was cast as Rachel Roe in the faith-based feature film, A Prodigal Son (2021).
