Frank Deluca. Actor: The Boys. Frank DeLuca is an Italian-Canadian Character Actor born and raised in Welland, Ontario; a stone's throw from downtown Toronto where he currently resides. Frank has a MFA from Brock University and has trained at Second City. Frank is known for his strong, physical comedic acting and has guest-starred in numerous Canadian/American Television Series and Films.
