Charlie Mills. Actor: The Water Boatman. Charlie Mills is an English screen and stage actor, born February 11th, 1994. And grew up between Nottinghamshire and North London. Mills is the eldest son of entrepreneur, Susie Mills. Mills attended drama school's, Junior Guildhall in London, and The Youth Theatre in Nottinghamshire. Along with studying Theatre Studies at school. He attended boarding school at Worksop College, in South Yorkshire.
