Andy Schwarz. Self: The Business of Amateurs. Andy Schwarz is an antitrust economist who studies a variety of industries, but has a special focus on college sports. He's written several papers on the cartel aspects of the NCAA's rules on college athlete compensation. He has appeared on ESPN's "Outside The Lines" program and has written for and been quoted in a variety of news publications.
