Ananyabrata Chakravorty

Ananyabrata is an Indian writer-director and actor.His debut feature film, Kaisi Ye Paheli, premiered at the New York Indian Film Festival on June 21, 2025, and released in limited Indian theatres on November 28, 2025.It also won Best Director - Indian at the Yellowstone International Film Festival, Mumbai.Prior to this, he has directed two short films called 90 to Win and Naukri, authored the novel Split Second, and written the Hindi lyrics for the Ricky Martin song Vente Pa' Ca.He has also portrayed the freedom fighter Dr. Satyapal Singh in Ram Madhvani's historical web show The Waking of a Nation.
