Uriel Baldesco

Uriel Baldesco is known for her portrayal as Lucia Baxter on Nickelodeon's "I Am Frankie." Uriel was born in Tacloban, Philippines and moved to South Florida at a young age. A native-born Filipino, Uriel has been serious about acting since she was 13 years old. When she's not pursuing acting, she enjoys playing guitar, singing, and reading.
