Rob Phayre. Actor: Heartbeat FM. Rob Phayre is an actor, writer and crisis manager. Over his professional career he has helped resolve nearly 40 incidents of hostage taking in Africa with the majority involving maritime piracy. He enjoys stage work and has frequently played 'The Dame' and 'The Baddie' in pantomime. His written works include The Response Files, The Ransom Drop and Jungle Heist.
