Rachel Thevenard. Actress: Skins. Rachel Thevenard is a Canadian actress. She was born in Waterloo, Ontario. The first time she was noticed was in January 2011 as Michelle in MTV's Skins (USA). Rachel was raised in Vancouver, BC. She's also been in an episode of High School Musical. We hope to see more of this talented & beautiful woman in upcoming films.
