Charles Noland

Charles Noland has worked on over one hundred different film and TV episodes including "Blow" and "Waynes World". He also played Steve, a member of the White House press corps, on "The West Wing" for seven seasons. He also had a supporting role on "ER" as E Ray for 2 seasons.
