Mihail Pandoursky (29.07.1955) born in Sofia, Bulgaria. Studied film-directing at the University of Film and Theatre, Sofia. His closing film for the university was "Le Sacre du Printemps" (The Rite of Spring), after the ballet by Igor Stravinsky. In 1988, he made the feature film "The Only Witness" /"Edinstveniyat svidetel"/ which was shown at the 47-th International Film Festival in Venice 1990 in the official competition and won three awards: "Coppa Volpi" for Best Lead Actor, "Osella" for Best Original Music and the Special Award "La Navicella - Venezia Cinema". In October 1994, the film "Golgotha" /Pandora Film - Producer: Karl Baumgartner (Baumi)/ won the Special Award of the jury at the film festival in Varna "Golden Rose". In June 2012, the film "Incognita" participated in the 34-th Moscow International Film Festival.
