Omar Bustamante. Actor: Shades of Blue. Known for roles on NBC''s The Blacklist (2020), and Shades of Blue (2018). He played the lead role of "Jackie "in "The Motherfucker with the Hat" (T. Schrieber Studios, 2016). Born and raised in Jersey City,New Jersey he is a Bi-Coastal Actor and Writer. He has studied at Stella Adler, T. Schrieber Studios, and Upright Citizens Brigade.
