He was a producer and director, known for Hendrix: Band of Gypsys (1999), The Beatles: Something (1969) and The Beatles Anthology (1995). He was married to Susan (Suzy) Mary Ornstein. He died on 23 March 2008 in Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA.
