Meredith Koch. Director: Raksha. Meredith Koch is an Academy Accredited director based out of Los Angeles. She holds a MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute, AFI and a BA in Directing from UCLA. Her films have garnered worldwide attention at festivals including Miami Independent Film Festival and Delhi International Film Festival to name a few. Meredith is commercially represented by Outer Heaven Films based out of NYC.
