Manoel de Oliveira(1908-2015)

Manoel de Oliveira was born on 11 December 1908 in Oporto, Portugal. He was a director and writer, known for I'm Going Home (2001), The Cannibals (1988) and Christopher Columbus, the Enigma (2007). He was married to Maria Isabel Brandão de Meneses de Almeida Carvalhais. He died on 2 April 2015 in Oporto, Portugal.
