Mabel Maultsby. Actress: Tender Moon. Mabel Maultsby is an actress who attended film school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she studied acting and graduated with a BA in film. Mabel has been seen in numerous independent films and also wrote, directed and starred in her original sci-fi short "Tender Moon". Mabel has a black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate and is a certified scuba diver.
