Julia Bilbao

Julia Bilbao. Art Department: Bridge of Spies. Julia Bilbao was born in Westchester, NY. She studied acting and scenic design at Skidmore College where she graduated with a B.S. in Theater. She also studied for a summer with the Atlantic Acting School. Today she is a New York based actor and designer working in film and theater. She has extensive experience in scenic artistry.
